About these terms

These terms apply to this website and to the online courses, coaching calls and other services provided by The Closing College (“we”, “us”), Keilor East VIC, Australia. By using the site, creating an account, booking a call or buying a course you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Accounts

Give accurate details and keep your login secure. Course access and your Student Area are personal to you and must not be shared. We may suspend accounts that are misused.

Courses and content

Course videos, scripts, workbooks, call recordings and other materials are our intellectual property, licensed to you for your own learning only. You must not copy, record, resell or share them. Content in your private Student Area (for example call recordings, notes and your Action Plan) is confidential to you and to us.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Paid products are bought through Wix’s secure checkout; card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details, and we only take payment through that checkout.

Bookings, cancelling and rescheduling

Calls are booked in Melbourne time. Free Discovery Calls can be cancelled or rescheduled at any time — just let us know. For coaching calls please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule; for paid calls cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice we will offer a new time or a refund. Late cancellations and no-shows may not be rescheduled or refunded, except where the Australian Consumer Law requires. Call requests from the Student Area are only booked once we confirm a time.

Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those rights. See our Refund Policy.

Results

Sales training outcomes depend on many factors. Figures quoted on this site describe past results and are not a guarantee of your results.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to the Australian Consumer Law, our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page applies from the date shown.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
